Privacy policy

Morning Health Report is a private application operated by Anand Walvekar for personal use.

Information accessed

The application accesses weight measurements and related source and timestamp information from Google Health. It accesses sleep, recovery, heart-rate, stress, and Body Battery information from Garmin.

Gmail authorization is used only to send the Morning Health Report email. The application does not read, modify, or delete email.

How information is used

Health information is used solely to calculate personal baselines, apply deterministic training rules, and generate the owner’s daily report. The application does not use an AI model to interpret or generate the report.

Storage and security

OAuth and service credentials are stored in Google Secret Manager. Limited report-delivery metadata is stored in Google Firestore to prevent duplicate reports. Credentials are not included in source code or report content.

Sharing

Information is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with third parties except the service providers required to operate the application, including Google Cloud, Google Health, Gmail, and Garmin.

Retention and deletion

The owner may revoke Google access at any time through Google Account permissions. Stored application data and credentials can also be deleted from the associated Google Cloud project.

Google API data

This application’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
